Considered here is three-dimensional MIMOZA-ND3D code which allows simulation of processes requiring combined computations of high-temperature emitting plasma motion, radiation plasma transfer in approximation of multigroup diffusion and ionization kinetics using two atom models. The technique allows consideration of effects of unsteady non-equilibrium spectrum transfer of x-radiation. The basic equations used in the technique are described, difference approximation of 3D diffusion equation is given. 3D simulation results are given. Keywords: laser radiation, 3D diffusion, radiation spectrum transfer two-temperature gas dynamics, target, shock wave, non-homogeneity, smoothing.
